Key word "new" by listing

We just added a new listing. I noticed while using the search function as a traveler that some listings say "new" under them.  Is there a way to add that to one's listing to notify travelers that your listing is new?

In a search of Chapel Hill, NC, with no filters, all three of your listings came up for me on the first page, @Sandy-And-Eliot0. So that's good. (New listings are boosted in this way, so you are getting that.) Good question, though. Not sure how or when the NEW flag shows up. I suspect it is one of the many site mysteries. Hope it suddenly appears for you, because I don't think there is a way to set it yourself.

Airbnb will feature new listings in different ways, this is to get those first bookings in and get people into hosting! Not something you can do, other than put it in your listing name or something. But then again some guests prefer a more experienced host...

No right or wrong way in this in my opinion 🙂

Have fun woth hosting!

@Sandy-And-Eliot0 there's no way for you to add it, it is done by Airbnb.
