Keycafe Support

I just used Keycafe for the first time on Thursday.  I have support questions that require a timely response but Keycafe is non-supportive.  I know this sounds counter-intuitive, but is there an alternative to Keycafe support for getting answers to Keycafe issues?

Normally I google the heck out my questions before ever calling support or entering a discussion forum (I've been an Airbnb host for two years and have never posted here), so this is a last-gasp effort to try and make Keycafe work.  Obviously, without support I'll have to go back to using a lock-box.  Thanks in advance.
