Keys

My guest wants me to give the keys to her father that is staying in the area before her plane lands. He can then go to the airport pick her up? I really wonder if this is a good idea? I normally meet the confirm that it's them and go over the rules, area, etc.

Red flags galore. Red flags all over the place.

Don't ever do that.

Imagine AirBnB's response if you had to call CS because something went awry because you gave the keys to an unauthorized person.

@Earl0

Hi Earl, my thoughts are to  definitely stick to doing it the way you usually do. There is no need to give out the keys to your property to somebody else, before the guest arrives personally to check-in.

Lyn.

Stick to your meet and greet, who knows who your actually passing keys onto.

@Earl17  It makes no sense at all that the father would need keys to your place in order to pick her up at the airport. One thing has nothing to do with the other.
