Lack of bookings

Hi community

I am a relative newbie to Airbnb. I live in Australia and started with Airbnb a couple of months ago but no bookings as yet? I get lots from Booking.com so I wonder what I am doing wrong?

I don't know the area but just did a search for Magill and it looks like you're on the higher end of pricing.  You may want to lower your price just so you get some reviews but maybe reevaluate what is a competitive price for the area.   (boy everything in the area looks brand new looks to be quite competitive)

I want to give free transport facility for guests to the famous tourist locations within the area. This facility I will provide to improve the bookings. How I highlight  this facility in my profile ?
