Lack of photo and name for accommodation request

I have had an enquiry from a person known only as H.C. who lives somewhere in Western Australia. His/her profile doesn’t include a photo but more concerning is the lack of a name. In previous enquiries (before booking) I’ve seen the name and profile and photo of the guest.

i accepted his/her enquiry and it’s now pending his/her payment to Airbnb to confirm the booking, but I don’t like not knowing anything about the guest. What do you think

Photos are no longer available on inquiry;  first name only as well,  perhaps they put in H.C. as their first name.   

I have every guest requirement on in Booking Settings,  and suggest you consider these settings.   Otherwise,  unless there truly is no profile photo (now possible-- you may want to turn that booking requirement on),  you should see it and full name when/if payment clears.
