Dear AirBnB,
After the previous costumers leaving, the upstair Bathroom sink got clogged, and also the faucet started leaking. This is almost a violation behavior ever happened.
I am out of town.
Today when the friends come into the house, they all shocked. The sink is full of water, the drawers under sink full of water, the water flow down to the down stairs into kitchen, drop the water from the ceilings.
I strongly hope you can help to investigate this case for us.
The damages are not acceptable.
The cleaner came around 2:00pm last Saturday, she told me at that time she just noticed the clogged of sink, but can’t believe the faucet was leaking either.
Best,
Sharon
Airbnb can not investigate this for you. If you noticed damage, you can file a claim like this:

@Sharon622 It is your responsibility to PROVE a guest caused the problem, not just that the problem happened during the guest stay. So, if you choose to file a claim, after you read the link provided by @Emiel1 be prepared to offer such proof.
In my experience, some guests might be part of the problem, but clogged lines happens to all of us.
@Sharon622 If by "faucet leaking" you mean that there is water dripping out of the tap when the faucet handles are turned off, that doesn't come from someone doing damage- it just means the faucet washer or barrel is worn and needs to be replaced. This happens from time to time- the faucet washer is just a little rubber thing and they get worn down after awhile. The repair doesn't even require a plumber, if you know how to do it- just a screwdriver or a hex key, depending on how the faucet is attached, remove the worn washer and pop in a new one. Takes no more than 5 or 10 minutes. I've had to repair leaking faucets in my home many times, it had nothing to do with anyone abusing it.
