Late cancellation

Late cancellation

Hi

 

im a new host and had a booking for this evening, due to arrive at 11pm. They cancelled by email at 8pm. I had my cancellation set to flexible. They haven't cancelled their booking so it's still active. What do I do? Can anyone help? Thanks Sally.

They can only cancel through AirBnB. I would email them back and mention this.
