How do I recover my money it has been about 2 weeks since the client check-ed out and I have not received the payout.

The transaction is hasn’t been cleared- I have contacted Airbnb support several times and the client also says she has asked for them to deduct from her card - not sure what to do next
It has been the same for me. This is unacceptable having to wait so long for your money. WTF?
