Late payment

How do I recover my money it has been about 2 weeks since the client check-ed out and I have not received the payout.

Check the status of the payout in your Transaction History and if something is wrong, contact Airbnb:

I was wondering if you have seen Emiel's reply to your question? It'd be great if you could let us know if you were able to get an answer from Airbnb as to what is going on with your payout.

The transaction is hasn’t been cleared- I have contacted Airbnb support several times and the client also says she has asked for them to deduct from her card - not sure what to do next

It has been the same for me.  This is unacceptable having to wait so long for your money.  WTF?
