Leaving a review for an Experience that we didn't book

Hi - I am wondering what I can do to provide feedback about an Experience that I didn't end up booking through AirBnB. I found this vendor on AirBnB and called them to ask questions. They then directed me to their website to book the trip. They now contacted me, two months later, to cancel and refund me because they double booked. It is 2 days before my trip and I'm scrambling to find transportation for my group of 12. I would really like to share this feedback and rate this vendor, but I don't see a way to do it. Help?
