Leaving review to fellow hosts

It is holiday time and I have been travelling and using airbnb for parts of my stays.  And I am torn when it comes to leaving a review. 

A review where everything is 5* - well, that is easy.  I leave 5* and a glowing review. My first stay were one of these.  I even told the host he needed to increase his prices 🙂

Reading posts on here that fellow hosts are the worst guests and that they are very harsh with other hosts, leaving a review is sometimes a headache. I am of course aware of the impact a not so good review will have on a new host.  The second stay was passable but not great - still I left 5* for overall even though I did not think it were a 5*, at least not my idea of 5*.  Communication was excellent though.  What would you do in my shoes ?

You have several aspects to rate and also you can write a comment with your own words.

Try to be fair to the advertisement you read, instead of comparing hosts, and then give your opinion.
