I have a handy checklist of what's needed for turning over my apartment between guests. Anybody want to share theirs? I'd like to see what other hosts are doing so we can compare notes. I'm always worried I would forget something.
For instance, one guest complained that the oven wasn't clean and was smoking when they tried to use it. I checked and the previous guest left a dirty pan in the oven, so that was the problem. I now have a checklist item to check that the oven is empty. Who knew that could ever be a problem?
Here's my list. Additions and critiques are welcome!
