Linked Calendars

I have 2 listings - one for my spare room and one for the whole flat. For the flat  listing I block dates when I’m home whereas the room listing is available all the time. 

 

Is there a way to sync calendars so that when either listing is BOOKED it blocks the other, but when I’ve just BLOCKED some dates for the flat because I will be home it will allow the room to show as available? 

 

I know there are many others in this situation so feel hopeful there’s a solution I haven’t found yet...
