Hi All,
I have two private rooms in my apartment that I'd like to rent out (potentially) as one listing. I figure that there are plenty of pairs of people travelling who don't necessarily want to share the same bed, but would be happy to share a bathroom. Does that make sense?
I realise I can simply create a single listing for the two rooms together. My question - is there a way to search specicially for such listings on Airbnb so I can see what kind of prices people charge for a similar arrangement? Also, if I was a guest looking for something like this, how would I search for it?
Many Thanks
I do that in my home. I list it as a private room with room enough for 4. Once people get into the description, they see that they can have two rooms and share the bathroom if that is what they want. It gets tricky a little for me because in the pricing I say it is extra for more than 2 people, but in my description I make it clear that if there are two people using both rooms there is still the upcharge for using the extra room and bed--two beds equals the price for thee. Also, make sure you show the number of beds you have, and that can give people an idea as well. There isn't a simple way with Airbnb's drop down menus. But, if people want to find something like that, it seems like they can.

I hope this helps.
Thank you both for your replies. I only just saw these!
For some reason AirBnb didn't email me back to let me know you'd responded.
Thanks Again!
Rob-
I'm new to Airbnb (Feb 2017) and the original reply showing wording is no longer visible. I want to do the same thing that you originally wrote about- charge extra if the 2 people want separate rooms. Can you share what you use?
Thanks,
Ej
