Hello, I am writting to the community, because I cannot find the way to write to the Airbnb Support team.
Maybe someone can help me.
Yesterday there is a customer that used the confirmation email she received from Airbnb to locate our place.
It is not the same as the location shown on the booking screen. Then when I go in the location panel in the configuration tool yet the location is different there too.
So I have 3 different locations in three different places in my listing. How can this be possible.
I cannot change the location in the configuration since it is already the right point on the map when people are choosing the room.
Has anybody experienced this? I have included the screen shots (Not sure if the insert tools worked).
The right location is the one with th 94$ CAD price tag. The one the customer had on her cell is the google drop point. The last one is the Location tab from Airbnb that points in the other street Gg. Nyepi.
Any feed back would be appreciated.
