Listing Location

I am unable to proceed with adding a listing under Palestine (in Airbnb it is identified as "Palestinian Territories") since the site does not recognize either the street address nor the city (Bethlehem).  I have been trying to do that over the past week and even contacted Airbnb directly but were unable to help me.  Since the country can only be selected from a drop down menu, and "Palestinian Territories" is identified as a selection option, how can i proceed in completing the listing?  Any ideas?

I have a similar issue.  My listing does not show up when I search under my city.  Based in Sri Lanka and the property is located at Battaramulla.  Can you please help?
