Listing keeps deleting and help center has been no help!

Hello All,

 I'm super frustrated!!!

 I have a client who is going to have me Co-Host his BnB and we have created the actual commercial listing as a BnB 4 times now and within 24 hours it's deleted. He has filled out all the required business information and provided all the biz license info etc. He sent me the Co-Host request which I have accepted and I see it in my listings then it gets deleted from mine and his accounts with no explanation within 24hours.

Does anyone know what may be happening with this? Support has been no help.

I had that happen to me three times, and as far as I could tell it happens when you don't fill out much information about it. It never happened when I filled all the boxes in the first 24hs, but if I left it to fill out later it would get deleted.
