Listing multiple rooms in the same house

Hi - I am a new host and need information on how it works to list multiple rooms in one home. I currently have one listing renting the entire upstairs of my home with 3 bedrooms and a loft area for one price.

How do I list all the rooms seperately in case someone doesn't want to book the entire upstairs?

How do I make sure guests are comfortable sharing the space upstairs with other Airbnb guests if they don't want to book the entire space? 

Is it possible to copy the initial listing and just update it for each individual listing?

Any guidance/insight is greatly appreciated.

Hello @Alisha15. You will have to manually create 3 separate listings - for each of the rooms. And I would suggest keeping that listing for that entire area - just work on syncing their calendars.

Also, make sure you indicate that some space would be shared with other Airbnb guests, and providing locks on the doors would be helpful too.
