Listing no longer showing up, air bnb not doing anything.

I’ve had my listing for over a year now, everything was going great. 

 

Suddenly listing is no longer appearing on search or the map. I have been giving the link out for people to book but it either sends them to the home page or says “this listing isn’t available.”

 

In touch with air bnb and they seem like they’re doing nothing, it’s been about a week now. The number you can call to chat to air bnb is useless all they can do is open a case.

 

can someone please tell me what the heck is going on?

 

what I presume has happened. 

- I had Tuesday, wed, thurs blocked off for a couple months. I assume this upset the algorithm or air bnb got upset and delisted it? 

 

Those dates are now unblocked as im going to get the gentlemen I met in person  to book through air bnb instead.

Your listing is indeed not active. Only Airbnb can give the answer to why this happens.

Maybe try to duplicate it (via duplicate funktion) and try to publish the duplicated listing.

Also check if the option "max. nights to stay" does not have a strange value.

The reviews will stay on your profile but the new listing will not have them, although it will get the new listing boost on search results.

i duplicated my listing but I still don’t think it’s appearing. This is so frustrating, I was pretty much fully booked last September. This is gonna be bad.

Your homepage shows the 2 listings, but the textlink on it "go to map" does NOT show the listings, which means they will never appear in any search result. Also when clicked on the individual listings they will not show up and user is redirected to general search page.

This also happens when Aibnb has paused a listing for some reason (mostly subject to investigation or a dispute). But then you would have received a message about it.

Sorry for double posting but does anyone know if air bnb respond to these issues and how long it usually takes? Anyone else experienced this and had it solved.

 

It seems ironic that air bnb encourage good communication between guests and hosts but when it comes to themselves communicating with hosts they seem to be lacking. Like I have no clue what’s going on, and it’s really worrying, there seems to be no sense of urgency. Even if there was a sense of urgency I wouldn’t know because I haven’t heard anything from air bnb.

@Lucas422  is your issue solved now? I'm asking because the same exact thing is happening to all my listings... they are no longer showing up in searches. Please share your experience.
