Hello @Mauro-And-Mariana0. I checked the first one (whole place) and it is visible on the map.

@Mauro-And-Mariana0, I searched for your listing; I had to zoom the map in until there were only 130 listings showing, and yours was #40 on that list. It also had the "New" tag. (Yay!)

That ranking (while not bad) is a little low for a listing with the "New" tag.

You might want to check around you for comparable listings and see how your listing comparies with the nearby, higher-ranked listings.

My new listing is not showing up no matter how I check it.

@Dr--Dave1  How new? It takes about 24 hours for a listing to be in the search system after you submit it.

BTW, you need bedside tables and reading lamps alongside the bed. And you should picture the desk and chair in your photo gallery. As well as the window and the TV. And retake the bed photo- it looks messy and I can't even tell what that stuff is up at the pillow side of the bed.

You should also make the living situation clear in your description. Are guests sharing the home with you, the host? What areas are common? How does the guest access their room?

And guests are notorious for not reading through everything. You should make it quite clear in the description that there are no kitchen facilities.

But if you don't allow guests to use the kitchen, you should at least have coffee and tea making equipment in the guest room, drinking water, and if there is room for it, a mini fridge. Not many guests are going to want to stay somewhere they can't even make a cup of coffee in the morning.

Who do you see as your target market?
