Hello,
I'm having a problem. I use airbnb for few years and have 99 reviews and I'm Superhost. Usually I rent my apartment in season time (June, July, August and September). This year I realised that I don't have views and no new bookings. After trying to search my listing, I see that it is not visible on search engine. Do you have any suggestion? I tried to contact airbnb, nobody has answered me last 36 houres. I tried to call them and lady told me that somebody is on the case and that I will get answer soon, but since yesterday no aswer from them.
Did anyone had similar problem?
Thank you
@Vlado12 your listings are not on the platform. I am guessing you didn't delist them so it must have been Airbnb. Have you had any problems with guests? You need to keep contacting Airbnb, maybe try Twitter too. There is nothing we can do unfortunately, you must find out why were they removed.
Hi Ana, thank you for message. Just tought somebody had similar problem. Listings are listed and calendar looks OK with all pricing set up. Never had problems with guests as I say I'm Superhost with 99 positive reviews. I think that my airbnb site have some issue, but they don't give me any answer that is why I tried to search answers on forum.
@Vlado12 no, your listings are not listed, at least when I try to open them. You don't have any views because nobody can see them.
They are listed:
That is problem that nobody can't see them. I have 0 views.... in admin panel everything looks OK, calendar, pricing...
@Vlado12 they're not visible for me.
I can see them in your profile but when I click on them, they don't appear. All that comes up is the generic Airbnb search for the area & not your listings. Have you snoozed them & forgotten to reactivate them?
No they are listed, as you can see on picture above
@Vlado12 when you snooze them they are still listed but only you can see them and not guests, that is why @Rachel177 was suggesting to check.
Understand, but they are active
Hi
I have the same issue. Bookings have all but dried up. I can't see half my listings in searches even when they are available. Airbnb not helping. Losing sales!
