How can I add the information on one bedroom to the other two bedrooms in the same house ?

If you are going to rent each room separately, you need to create another listing.

Make sure that you name them correctly, and you include only the pictures of the room on that specific listing, not both - so the guest will not be disappointed when he arrives.

If it is possible for you, i agree with Roberta2 . you could make a listing for each room and another one includes all rooms. Could you see this link :
