Listing - views, likes, bookings

Hello
I wonder if anyone out there could give me some advice/pointers with regard to my listing and lack of views, likes and bookings.
I have 3 listings for my home as follows:
1) Whole house – 16141692
2) Master bedroom share house – 16270600
3) Bedroom and sitting room share house – 17218143
I have had these on since the start of the year. Whilst the whole house listing is getting about 450 views per month plus a few bookings the other two are lagging behind somewhat with no confirmed bookings todate.
I would be grateful if after reading this you spare a few moments to view my listings and give me any advice/pointers/constructive criticism feedback that might increase my views and therefore possibly bookings.
Thank you in advance for your help and assistance.
JB

Beautiful place you have and amazing location- here are a few thoughts from us. Probably won't answer most of your questions but may give you some food for thought.

Not sure you really know your market: is it a holiday home or is it a place for one nighters when travelling in/out of LHR. Sounds like you are having more success with it as a holiday home.

Masterbedroom at £75 a night feels expensive just as a place to sleep - particularly when you can get hotels closer to LHR for that price or less.

Other er option is more reasonably priced but it's a sofa bed - which personally I would find off putting as you really don't sleep well on them.

Finally I notice you offer use of your kayak. Just make sure you are fully insured for that as having guests sign a waiver or saying accident s have nothing to do with you won't cut it.

Only other her minor point is you could make the beds look a bit neater, and the curtains are hanging a bit awry.
