Is it possible to list my house as either being the entire house for rent or just one or two bedrooms?  It seems when I listed I had to make a choice but I would be willing to also rent out just a room or two.  

Anybody else do that?

You will have to create 2 listings, one for the entire house and one for the bedroom. Then link the calenders, to prevent double booking.

@Lindy27  The one problem I see with this is if you have 3 different people renting and 1 is a slob and makes a complete mess of the bathrooms and kitchen no one is on site to clean it up constantly. So you could be in for some bad reviews due to this issue. Also think about changing your cancellation policy to at least moderate, so you do not get last minute cancellations or changes in bookings after the stay starts.
