Local Host trying to book

I have a women interested in booking my rental for a month.  She has one review but three stars in the observe rules category.

What really worries me is she is a local Host to my area.  I already had a bad false review on one of my listings and the last thing I need is a questionable guest.

What do you all think?  She didn't give any info for her trip, just asking what my monthly rate was.

If she's a local host, are you sure she actually wants to book, and isn't just fishing for your monthly rate to know what her competition is doing? Or else maybe she has her place rented out and needs a place to stay. If it were me, I'd tactfully ask her why she needs a place to stay if she's local and tell her you don't do monthly discounts. Not offering a discount may just put her off and you won't have to deal with her anymore. If she still wants to book, I'd decline, seeing as how she failed to follow the last host's rules. (maybe contact the previous host to find out a bit more)
