I am under the impression there is a person/team that are local to Melbourne that manage the local business of Airbnb. I have a friend who also is a host, who has been trying to resolve an issue of underpayment of a booking from December 2016.
Every time she tries to speak to the Help resolution number, she gets the same "we have redirected the case to the relevant department etc ". After 10 attempts, she is promised the issue will be resolved, but it never it completed.
Can anyone help locally to give her a voice?
