Location problem

At first everything seems to be OK with the location on the map. And over 90% of guests get it right too, they arrive here without problems. But every then and now someone ends up inbetween of my village(Pärispea) and next village(Viinistu). In the forest where there is no houses at all! Always on the same spot. How is that and why? Most importantly how can I fix it? We really want our guests to have best stay with us, but not finding the place can be frustrating and not enjoyable at all.

Has anyone experienced something like that or knows whats it about?

You should send the guest a note on booking, @Tõnis0, with clear directions. This should help avoid any issues. Job done!

You are right, I should do that. 

But the issue still remains, there must be a bug or have I done something wrong. Why do people keep going to that one weird location?
