Soooo as a goatee I keep getting 4 stars for location and it’s bringing my rating down. I have noted in my listing that i live in an inner city area that has graffiti and a diverse variety of people.. I can’t say watch out it’s multi cultural and you might see something undesirable going on!!! Surely it’s up to the people booking to do their research and actually I find it a bit rude of them to mark down the area I live in??? Has anybody got any suggestions? Bar telling them to do their research....

@Kerry154 it’s not bringing your overall rating down. That’s computed only from your guests’ overall ratings. Yes, you can describe your neighborhood in a positive way as diverse and multicultural.

@Kerry154, that is so common! I think that if someone will rent Royal Palace he will complain that it is far from the airport:) I don’t see any way to avoid getting 4 or even 3! for the location. So relax and laugh. At least it doesn’t affect directly our stars:) Yesterday I got 4 for location and accuracy. They took the wrong street and had to return back. Mea culpa!:)

Good to hear this is common... altho it still makes me cross because people should do their research first and if they don’t then they should expect the unexpected! And also not disrespect a persons neighbourhood!!
