London - Entire Home - 90 days restriction

Hello All, 

I am sure we all have received the letter about the 90 days restriction from Airbnb which will apply from 2017.

I am quite disappointed as I would love to continue renting my whole house. I have checked the website of the council but I could not find any information about requirements or fees which would need paying for this planning permission.

Does anyone have any information on or experience with this?

Hi!

Did you manage to secure a place on the event tomorrow 6th December or 14th December?

Both days are fully booked. I think Airbnb should find a bigger venue and/or add extra days. 

Hundreds of host will be affected !!!

I can't get anywhere with Brent Council, too. What's it got to do with planning permission? I've currently got a two month rental to a family who are having their flat refurbished. I think there is a community need for this when the only other options are a serviced apt or long term rental through an estate agent. This rule is counter-productive for Londoners and needs to be rescinded. Please help!
