I am sure we all have received the letter about the 90 days restriction from Airbnb which will apply from 2017.
I am quite disappointed as I would love to continue renting my whole house. I have checked the website of the council but I could not find any information about requirements or fees which would need paying for this planning permission.
Does anyone have any information on or experience with this?
I can't get anywhere with Brent Council, too. What's it got to do with planning permission? I've currently got a two month rental to a family who are having their flat refurbished. I think there is a community need for this when the only other options are a serviced apt or long term rental through an estate agent. This rule is counter-productive for Londoners and needs to be rescinded. Please help!
