You are much less likely to find longer term rentals in tourist resorts in the peak holiday season. @Alix88 

So just put in your dates and budget and amenities required and see what comes up as being available.

@Alix88  Many hosts have their calendar open for less than 6 months ahead. Your booking is almost two years from now. You may have very limited options available in the Airbnb site.
