Long Term Reservation

Hi I'm looking to change from taking short term reservations to long term. Are there any tips about doing this apart from changing the number of booking days on the listing?

The only thing I would suggest is to be well versed in regulations regarding residency.  In some areas, if a tenant is in a home for more than 28 (or 30) days, then they have become a "resident" and then it can be much harder to evict if you need to.

In addition- cleaning (are you insisting on a weekly or monthly fee to ensure the place is kept up to standard). If they are sharing your space have you thought through your house rules, which will be different than for a short term guest (use of washer/dryer/bathroom etc).
