I made a reservation for a long term stay (37 days), the location was convenient and everything... but after the payment the host sent me the exact address which is VERY different from the location on the map in the description (8 miles/12 km away, far from any facility or transportation). I simply cannot stay there, how can I get a refund even if it's long term?
You are best to contact the host & see if they are willing to help you or you can call Airbnb customer service & explain the situation & see if they are able to help.
