Looking for an accountant CPA for multiple States

Hello!   

We are somewhat new to Short-Term Rentals but now have two listings: one in Southern Utah and another in Summit County Colorado.   Our primary residences are in Denver, CO.  We are quickly finding our finances becoming more and more complex.  I have two questions: 

1.  Can anyone refer a CPA that has assisted you? (Ideally, one that is located in or around Denver, CO.) 

2.  How did you shop for Accountants?   Who has worked well for you and why?
