Looking for help on how to respond to a guests' private feedback?

I can't seem to find HELP for this topic, but I'm sure there has to be a way. Any help is much appreciated:-)

@Susan1459 just text him in the private inbox you used for communication before and during his stay. I don't know if there is any other specific place to adress the issues in your private feedback directly with him, maybe some other host here will know.
