Lost Key fee??

Hi do any of you other hosts charge for lost key, or late check out?

I've had several occassions where my poor cleaners have been waiting outside for an hour or so waiting for guests to leave.

If you do two searches: type in “Keys” or late check out”, you will be able to see other threads raised about the same/similar subjects, and how hosts have dealt with it.

Keys can be charged for via the Resolution Centre.
