Lower accuracy rating for being a better listing than expected

Hi,

I recently hosted couple of guests and one of them gave me a 3 star for accuracy and was supposedly because they thought the listing was better than expected/described. Will this have a negative effect on my rating? If so how to fix it?

That's completely crazy, never heard such a thing! I wouldn't worry about it, it is the overall expericne which counts the most. Not sure you can have it amended, it is a subjective thing and Air tends to let things stand. You will have more reviews and hopefully they will be highly accurate!
