I've entered a non communicative period from AirBNB on a major bug that allowed a guest to book my place for c £500 a week instead of c £1225 under the fixed price per day in the calendar. Their support are now just blanking me after saying they would 'investigate'. Has anyone else had this recently ? I know it was a big public problem last year.
I have been told officially that having fixed pricing on some dates but smart pricing on other dates means the fixed price dates are subject still to smart pricing discounts - astounding !!! The only solution they told me was to turn off ALL smart pricing after they did a tech investigation.
I am convinced this is not a design feature but a massive bug.
