So I received a reservation request from a guest from May 1-5th. Before I was able to review and respond, another guest Instant Booked for just two nights in the middle of that period; May 2-3rd.
Because the first guest's reservation request did not block out these dates, the other guest was able to make a booking, resulting in three nights of lost revenue.
Is there a way I can force a reservation request to automatically block out dates? Does anyone have an argument for not doing this?
