I have a problem connected with the listing. It doesn't appear in the search list. Could you please advice how to act?

Sometimes depending on when you created your listing, you should bear in mind it will take a little while before your listing shows up.

Alternatively, I could find this guide about listing visibility in our Community Center. I thought that this might be useful for you.

I need to change address of listing without losing my reviews. No answer on Airbnb number.

@Henri5 what do you mean you need to change the address?

Is this a different property?

Or is this the same listing, but the address has been wrong?

Or... is it some sort of movable accommodation that is now in a different location?

If you are starting a different listing, you need to start a different listing. 

If you just need to change the address of an existing listing (for whatever reason), just change the address. You don't need AirBnB's help or permission to do that.
