Management in Colorado Springs

Hi there,

I love AirBnb and would love to host, but currently we are living in a basement apartment and I have no available space. I would love to manage a property or 2 here in the Springs - is that allowed? I have never been a host but I have several years' experience in the hospitality realm and I am also trilingual.

Any tips on how I could get started?

Yes it's allowed! I run a vacation rental mangement company here in Colorado Springs called Tov Property Solutions. If Airbnb is your platform of choice you might want to start with co-hosting, and go from there.

Hi Tim, I am in the process of starting my own upcycled remodel business, Basically I buy as little as possible, mostly paint or material and i just use use the items a person already has in their home or boutique to revamp the space. I was wondering if you could give me any suggestions on where the best place to post flyers or online posts so I can get more customers. I have a few regular customers now but they are going to start running out of rooms and boutiques for me to redo pretty soon. Everything I have ever done has all been word of mouth from recomendations and honestly im clueless as to where to go.I do have refrences and a photo portfolio of things that I have done but ive never worked in the rental indusrty. anyway if you might know a few places I would be very greatful for the advice.
