Managing properties for several owners.

Hi, 

I've had an account set up for a few years where I manage six properties for one owner. I recently took on a property for a different owner. I changed the payout method for the new listing but am curious about the tax status. I want to make sure everything stays separate for the two different owners.

Why don't you get the owners to set up the listing in their names and add you as a co-host. @Mirella51  This is fairest for the host as then if they decide to manage the listing themselves or change co-host they keep the reviews for their listing.

It will also simplify things for you tax wise.
