Map location is wrong

Hi there,

Our map location is currently showing in the wrong place.

The pin is actually showing two streets down from where it should be. How do I change the pin?

Hello @Heather325. Can you see it from your account when you're editing your listing or are you checking it from outside, e.g. not logged in just like a potential guest? In the latter case, the location is never shown precisely. 

If the first applies to your case, then check in the listing edits if you can change location on the map (by hoovering it 'below' your pinpoint).

I tried to change it from the 'edit listing' function.

I have hovered below the pinpoint but I cannot make it move.

The pinpoint just stays where it is.

@Heather325 the only way is to contact Airbnb and ask them to change it. They will call you.

I am having the same problem - my pin shows my place in the middle of the ocean and I can't get it to budge (yes in edit mode). I have sent 4 emails to Airbnb and can't get a response. Anyone know how to solve this?
