Hi, I was wondering if anyone remembers receiving a message to check their pricing had not defaulted to smart pricing following a computer upgrade or glitch. I think it was late August or early September?

Hi thanks so much, I remember it but can’t find any record of it and AirBandB said it wasn’t sent. Can you remember how and when you received it so I can check my own records? I have looked through emails etc and can’t find it. So appreciate your help thank you. I have had a guest book for minimum price between Christmas and New year when I’m absolutely certain I manually shanked the price and switched off smart pricing.
There were several threads on the CC relating to the issue, and Airbnb responded here too, saying that they were emailing all affected hosts.
You can do a search here in the CC to see if it brings anything up, but it's a convoluted, unintuitive process and you may have to trawl through countless posts to find what you're looking for.
Failing that, as Airbnb did respond on those threads with confirmation of the "glitch", you could request the admins here to see if they can locate the corresponding posts for you.
