Messages problem

I used to send messages to guest with picture attachment . But lately i cant find attachment section in every messages box provided by airbnb. I have tried to open full website and messages from email. 

Please advice.

You can only sent attachments to guests with a confirmed reservation, by using your private email account, and sending the emails to the guests temporary Airbnb email address.
