Minimum night pricing

Hi Can anyone help me with this issue.  (excuse I am new to this)

I have a 2 night min on my property.  But people are asking for 1 night.  I dont want to be turning business away so is there any way I can increase my prices for 1 night stays.  I have based my prices around 2 night min (cleaning & welcome packs)

I have tried to change prices but it increases the prices for those who stay more nights.  Thanks in advance.  Sharon

The only way is to add a cleaning fee, the longer they stay the lower the daily rate incl cleaning fee.

1night  $50 +$20 cleaning fee = $70 pr night

2nights  $100   +$20                 = $60 pr night

5nights $250   +$20                  =$54 pr night
