Missing Payouts

This is getting ridiculous. My last payout was 6 weeks ago and I have hosted more then 12 guest. The only answer I get is our engineering team is on the case, but for how long?? What is the problem why won't Airbnb tell us? Is it to get intrest in our money? What is it? @Sybe  @Emilie

@Salah ha ha , you could not be more wrong . I work for myself as all superhosts do and I deal with every aspect of my business and I always personally avoid Airbnb CS. I call it as I see it, from my experience of hosting for years and also watching many many people with unusual problems express and ask for advice on this forum and attempting to help in some small way. I am not sure what you expected from a host forum ?My Airbnb has been sold and I will be moving on to do something different in the future but I am still a superhost and have worked very hard as all superhosts do ,including yourself but I have learnt that we continue to learn every hosting experience . We must all rely on not only ourselves but our co hosts. Co hosts are the best especially if they are family but other hosts on here can help in many ways ,so my experience with the banking system is just that experience, not a 'glitch ' the word glitch covers mainly .... I do not know the answer .Never expect the word'glitch as a real thing. ' Banks will tell you if there is a 'glitch'. they are very concerned about money ,all money.yours mine and anyone elses they can get their hands on . not to receive your payments is deadly serious and believe me money does not 'disappear'. It is not okay to lose payments ever.Oh and maybe if i worked for Airbnb you would get better service so the double speak is not insulting to me. H

Dear @Sybe, Airbnb admitted that they had a bug in the system, now they have fixed the bug. And then I wad told to provide ID to Payoneer and now I have done it. But I still haven't received my 14 missing payouts. This is a issue from 8.8 and now it almost 2 months ago. Who can I contact to help me?

Hi, we are operating 55 properties in Istanbul. Airbnb stopped all the payments and we cannot pay to homeowners anything. We need our payouts and if we reach to Airbnb, they are always saying that there is a bug on the system / that they sent the message to another department. 
It is so ridicilous, every homeowners reach us and asking their money. How can a company like Airbnb can not solve this problem + why they are sending only ''Robotic Messages.'' We cannot reach anyone if we call them, they are always stalling us so we need our payouts and the only reason we hear since 3 days is that there is a bug on the system
