Im looking for any suggestion for getting my money.
I have a completed booking from 4-7 August 2018. The pay out is still pending. Seems like the guest didnt paid airbnb all the money.
I have called, email and message them maybe 100 times. Spend hours on the phone without any luck.
Every time the support team tells me that its handed over to either Resolution team or Collecting team and they will contact me shortly. But it never happens.
I have asked for phone number and email to this department but they can not forward that to me.
The last week I have sent them a message everyday "Concact us" but they just close my case without any reply.
I do not know what more I can do. And I have lost hope to ever see my money.
Any of you guys have tried anything like this?
