Missing payout

Hello, I´m host sitting in Prague, Czech Republic.  I haven´t received payout sent on 4th November. Having claimed the problem in my Bank, I´ve got  the information, that the payout has been refunded back to payer due to invalid payment datas. I´m totally frustrated due to not having effective resolution regarding my issue until this moment, daily asking airbnb help center for support  without successful feedback. This trouble occured for the first time through my 5 years hosting period. I would expect prompt and helpful attitude. Except of taking care of my guests I must look which way can I gain my money.

I would be grateful for help.

Is this your 1st payment?

Can't you get the money via Paypal? In the Uk, it is faster and cheaper than bank transfers.

I found out that if you tweet Airbnb, the response if usually faster.

Thank you for your response. I' m using the same payment method (bank transfer on my account). Through my 5 years hosting  period this happend for the first time. So I will try sending tweet. Božena
