Missing post

My last guest accepted a parcel for my neighbour which then disappeared, either stolen by him or from my house because he left my front door open (not unlocked but actually open!). I mentioned the door being open in the review but only just discovered from my neighbour about the theft of the parcel. Can I do anything to have this flagged up to anyone thinking of letting to this person in future?

@Emma25, you would need to be 100% certain that the guest stole the package.

 

Can you not contact him to ask if he remembers where he put the package?

 

For future bookings, perhaps include in your house rules that no packages are to be accepted by guests.
