I missed a request because the little red dot did not show on my phone over the Airbnb sign that I had a message, nor did I receive a text which has always
happened in the past.
I went into Airbnb just to check on things and saw I had missed a reservation request that was 4 days ago. I immediately responded but she had already
booked with someone else. I still got intouch with her and told her what happened and said I was sorry. I always respond immediately to a request. It was a
good 11 day booking too. I was very unhappy about this! Has this happened to anyone else?
