Hi @John732 , Maison Jonela is lovely! Good luck - bonne chance - with your future hosting!

Yes, unfortunately, your listing creates the impression that you are renting out the whole house.

Even though it says in the top line "private room", everything else in your description/listing points towards renting out the whole place, to max. 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

If you want to rent out the rooms individually, you need to create a separate listing for EACH room, and show pictures of that specific room (and the bathroom that goes with it.) I would also extend your description a bit and give more info on everything. The way you have it is not very clear. Also add pictures of the bathrooms. You characterize your place as a Bed and Breakfast, and in amenities you have also clicked on the breakfast option: makes me think that you will serve a hot breakfast every morning. Are you? If not , you need to change all that. and you might as well introduce yourself with a few sentences in your profile section. study all the options in "manage listings" and edit them properly. just look around what other hosts are doing, and you get the hang of it!

Make sure you understand basic rules of Airbnb, such as cancellations, which carry penalties for hosts.  while you redo your listing(s) , you might want to snooze it all together, so that you won't get more requests right now for the whole house.

Good luck!

Hi @John732,

@Annette33's given you some great advice, I've got nothing to add!

Just to let you know, I have moved your post here to a new thread so that it doesn't get lost in another discussion and it is easier to find. I have also given it a title, please let me know if you want to change it!

In case you're not sure how to start a new thread - this CC Tutorial gives a step by step guide to starting a conversation in the Community Centre.

Happy Hosting!
